During the CIET 2025 International Conference, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B. Annamammedov met with Zhang Rongxing, Director of the Engineering Equipment Plant Management Department at ‘SANY INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT LIMITED’, confirming their interest in expanding partnerships in heavy engineering.

SANY Group is one of the world's largest manufacturers of construction machinery and engineering equipment.

The negotiations focused on the supply of modern, high-performance equipment for Turkmenistan's construction, industrial and road construction sectors. The parties discussed opportunities for cooperation aimed at providing technical equipment for large-scale projects, including the construction of the city of Arkadag and the modernization of national infrastructure.

The meeting with a SANY International representative reaffirms Turkmenistan's commitment to attracting leading global manufacturers to ensure the high quality and efficiency of its public projects.
